Good health is the basic need of a good life, when you feel healthy bodily and mentally you feel great most of the time thus healthy means happy. Good health means your body is well maintained and your mood swings are more controlled. Ill health can give you bad mood swings and you feel drained out to perform even the simplest tasks of daily routine. For maintaining your health here are basic health tips you need to stick to in day-to-day basis.
Keep yourself hydrated with your daily intake of water depending on the need of your body. On average, we need minimum of 1.5 liters water while other than that you can drink fresh juices, antioxidant teas, and milk. Avoid high caffeinated drinks and alcohol as it causes mood swings.
Never skip meals
If you think, skipping meals will give you any benefit then it is a wrong conception. Skipping any of the three basic meals of the day will make you moody and irritated. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should be healthy which must include eggs, milk, cereal, almonds, dates or all such energy packed foods. Skipping meals may damage your cerebral health.
