Have you ever looked at the women you see on television and wondered how they got their figure? Well, one secret the Hollywood professionals don’t usually talk about is one that has existed for hundreds of years. Waist training.
Where Did Waist Training Come From?
Women a long time ago figured out that you can actually train your body and hips to mimic a perfect hour glass shape. The infamous use of corsets exploded throughout the fashion industry for many years after this discovery. Nowadays we don’t typically use corsets as an accessory the way they did back then. Instead, we see more and more women using them openly and even on top of their everyday clothing.
With the common and open use of waist training clinchers/corsets, you can now feel comfortable about starting your modification process. Since there are so many now out on the market it can be difficult to know what to look for. The easiest answer to that would be to look into reviews for waist trainers that work. The best reviews are of real people who have seen real results and not just someone claiming it.
Clincher Waist Trainer:
Clinchers are a lot more comfortable to use and can provide you with decent results. Since they are smooth and typically slip on or hook together, these can be a very easy option to use. Clinchers are a newer edition to training your midsection, but can be applied more frequently for the best results. With the comfortable feature of a clincher, you can use yours more often without nearly as much strain or discomfort as a corset. Possibly my favorite aspect of this latex clothing accessory would have to be the simplicity. Easy to apply and quicker results. With how light-weight they are, you can slide it on underneath your favorite black cocktail dress and be ready for your night out. No one will ever know you’re wearing a clincher.
Waist Training Corset:
Corsets aren’t as easy to use and wear around comfortably, but they do provide something else. Results! Corsets are by far better to use if you want dramatic results for your waist. If you are looking for a trainer that will give you a much thinner hour-glass shape, then a corset just might be for you. On average you can lose up to 5 or 7 inches around your midsection. With those kinds of outcomes, you can’t say they don’t deliver on their promise.
What If Your Results Aren’t Dramatic Enough?
Have you been using trainers for a while to try and shape your body and nothing seems to work? Try using both a clincher and a corset. Don’t use them both at the same time but rather use a clincher and when you remove that put the corset on. At any time if you are feeling pain or severe discomfort then you should take off your waist trainer completely and give your body time to relax. The point is to train your body into the shape you want, not to damage it in any way.
